Nearly every trading company in Taiwan can offer Pulleys.
Firstly, we were not interested in this bike part, but as we had a closer look at this product, we found some room for improvement.
Our Pulleys have a well defined side play, necessary for a precise shifting process. Pulleys without any freeplay would force the
chain to jump on the next cog on the cassette, no matter if a shifting ramp is available or not. In the long run, the cassette would
be ruined - even teeths of the cassette might bend.
Smooth shifting processes require that the chain is pressed onto the next cog of the cassette or chainring. The chain should only
climb up/down when the shifting-process is triggered by a shifting ramp.
Our patented pulley solution behaves in that way.
Furthermore, the teeths of the pulleys have the correct shape! Please compare the described behaviours with other available
solutions.
We bet! You can spot the difference!
